อีกหนึ่งโครงการที่ สุภวัช เอ็นวาย เซ็นเตอร์ ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพน้ำให้กับชุมชน กับการติดตั้ง ระบบกรองน้ำบาดาล เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพน้ำและยกระดับระบบน้ำสำหรับการอุปโภค-บริโภคของประชาชน
น้ำบาดาลในพื้นที่มีปัญหา สนิมเหล็ก กลิ่น สี และตะกอน ส่งผลต่อความใสและคุณภาพของน้ำ ทีมงานจึงออกแบบระบบกรองให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพน้ำจริง เพื่อจัดการปัญหาตั้งแต่ต้นทางและช่วยให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว

หัวใจของระบบคือ ถังกรองแรงดันสแตนเลส SUS 304 ที่มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และเหมาะสำหรับงานระบบน้ำ ร่วมกับสารกรอง Manganese Sand ซึ่งช่วยลดเหล็กและสิ่งเจือปนที่พบในน้ำบาดาล
หลังผ่านกระบวนการกรอง น้ำมีความ ใสสะอาดขึ้น ลดสี กลิ่น ตะกอน และปัญหาจากเหล็ก ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพน้ำก่อนนำไปจ่ายให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่

น้ำบาดาล → ปั๊มน้ำดิบ → ถังกรองแรงดันสแตนเลส → ถังเก็บน้ำใส → จ่ายน้ำเพื่ออุปโภค-บริโภค
นอกจากประสิทธิภาพในการกรองแล้ว ระบบยังมาพร้อม Backwash System สำหรับล้างย้อนสารกรอง ช่วยกำจัดสิ่งสกปรกที่สะสมภายในชั้นกรอง รักษาประสิทธิภาพของระบบ และช่วยให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในระยะยาว

Another successful water treatment project by Supawat Envi Center, designed to improve groundwater quality and provide a more reliable water supply for the local community.
The groundwater at the site presented several common challenges, including iron, odor, color, and suspended sediment, affecting both the appearance and overall quality of the water. Our team therefore designed and installed a filtration system based on the actual water conditions and operational requirements of the site.
From Challenging Groundwater to Better Water Quality
At the heart of the system is a durable SUS 304 stainless-steel pressure filter, combined with Manganese Sand filtration media to help reduce dissolved iron and other impurities commonly found in groundwater.
After treatment, the water becomes clearer and cleaner, with reduced iron, color, odor, and sediment, significantly improving its overall quality before distribution to the community.

Groundwater → Raw Water Pump → Stainless-Steel Pressure Filter → Clean Water Storage Tank → Community Water Distribution
The system also incorporates a Backwash System, allowing accumulated contaminants to be removed from the filtration media. This helps maintain filtration efficiency, simplify maintenance, and support reliable long-term operation.
